Infor ERP A+  users are invited to download i 2 i   Lookup software for direct iPhone access to your inventory items. Once installed on your IBM i server, you’ll use the iPhone's features for fast lookup and display of item descriptions in your Infor ERP A+ inventory database with images of those items that are available elsewhere in your systems. Installation of this software on your IBM i server will not alter or affect any RPG application code and is provided without charge for unlimited use.

Other ERP application users are welcome to download and install i 2 i   Lookup to experience iPhone access to your System i server to display your images, your company’s logo and choice of background colors.

The Download process guides you through the transfer of a save-file to your PC and then up to your IBM i. The Install process guides you through the implementation of the i 2 i   Lookup widget on your IBM i. This widget creates an HTTP server instance on your System i and launches the Configurator.

The HTTP server instance setup default is Port 86. Check with your network administrator to enable internet traffic on Port 86.

The Configurator will prompt you to choose a background color scheme and upload your company's logo . It will locate the names of the libraries containing your Infor ERP A+ ITMST (Inventory Master) file. You’ll then upload your inventory item images and tag them to your inventory items. Finally, you’ll be given an option to enable remote user password sign-on security.
